This is actually a really cool concept and it looks like the execution is going pretty smooth. I could see myself getting this in the future.
This really makes me wish Wolfire's Desperate Gods was executed better. It was basically this but by a pretty kickass dev. It just wasn't too easily moddable so it never got off the ground.

It was very easily moddable (assuming you had a basic understanding of unity), but not many people did for some reason.

I guess what I meant was that tutorials needed to be more widely available. I wouldn't be surprised if certain people have kickass homebrew games right now.
I would love a resurgence of that. If it wasn't hard to learn how to add/modify things in it, I'd figure it out myself.

Finally a good way to play D&D without having to spend tons of money on travel expenses.

There is a cards against humanity deck on the nexus for this. You could quite easily import your own too.

i'm curious how dnd will be handled. i honestly would like to use this game for some sessions of dnd. i'm just worried about having to create maps/textures, or moreso the difficulty of that.
I think they're adding character sheets in a future update so that'll make it a bit easier for DnD players,
Damn, fifteen bucks is kind of a lot when you consider the game relies on convincing friends to buy it too

Oh shit, can I get some screenshots? This would likely be my #1 use for this game. I already own the physical cards but getting friends together can be awkward.

It is a lot easier to find decent people than you might think. In just one session, me and three others played C.A.H. then old maid, then Uno.
