I like the OP. I feel like if everything went inside quotes like in the "What is Payday 2?" section for each section it'd look slightly neater. Don't mean to criticize though, as it looks quite nice.
To add: Does anyone know how subtitles for audio lines work in correlation to their .stream files? It appears as though replacing the .stream gets rid of the subtitles so I'm assuming the text is like embedded with the .stream?

They never confirmed them, but there's far too many hints and info about them in the game's files.
Just wait for the new Crimefest, they'll confirm them there.
