Is this okay? [t]http://www.hyperrabbitpowergo.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Humble-Bundle-2000w.png[/t] What are the humble bundles?
Humble Bundle, Inc. is a digital storefront for video games, which grew out of its original offering of Humble Bundles, collections of games sold at a price determined by the purchaser and with a portion of the price going towards charity and the rest split between the game developers. Humble Bundle continues to offer these limited-time bundles, but have expanded to include a persistent storefront. The Humble Bundle concept was initially run by Wolfire Games in 2010, but by its second bundle, the Humble Bundle company was spun out to manage the promotion, payments, and distribution of the bundles.
Basically the publishers agree to sell their games bundled up at a discount price, and some of the money goes to charity. There's a few tiers, normally between $1-$25 GAMES|BOOKS|MOBILE|MONTHLY Games are mostly sent as Steam codes, so if you get a game you already have, you can trade it or give it away here. Strider is fucking amazing, ESPECIALLY at one dollar. Buy that shit.
I'm personally a fan f the book bundles and was disappointed at the Dr who bundle. But the previous audiobook bundle is fantastic. I'm listening to masters of doom right now. Also, beware of the Capcom bundle: nobody plays umbrella corps online anymore
I wonder why they even included this piece of shit in the bundle honestly, I'd rather play RE6 on repeat instead of this.
I wonder why they even included this piece of shit in the bundle honestly, I'd rather play RE6 on repeat instead of this.
This is why offline games need an offline mode with bots at minimum. I think there should be a singleplayer mode with a story and that multiplayer should be secondary, but that's just my personal preference. It reminds me of Kane and Lynch's online mode, which was cool but a little flawed. Nobody plays it online but if you like Kane and Lynch singleplayer then you've still got that

To add onto the Umbrella corps thing, it's so far been about 3 days and the keys for it are still "Temporarily exhausted" They have keys for everything else, but just not the base game for whatever reason
TBH Umbrella Corps detracts from the bundle and nobody cares about RE6 and DR3. They should've included some of their older games and maybe a fighter game for variety.
TBH Umbrella Corps detracts from the bundle and nobody cares about RE6 and DR3. They should've included some of their older games and maybe a fighter game for variety.
I'd only be buying the bundle for RE0, and tbh I'm not the biggest fan of the oldschool camera Resident Evil games. RE0 and Umbrella Corps are the only games here that I don't already own, so I don't think I'm gonna be buying it. They might have coaxed a buy out of me if they plopped Dead Rising 4 in, but I'd still have to debate it because it's not even like I get the opportunity to make fun of it with a friend, it's the first DR game to not have co-op since 1, and if I'm gonna play a singleplayer Dead Rising game I'd rather play the original.
TBH Umbrella Corps detracts from the bundle and nobody cares about RE6 and DR3. They should've included some of their older games and maybe a fighter game for variety.
I honestly love RE6 as an action game But i guess that's what nobody is looking for In other news they finally got new keys for Umbrella Crops
my problem with re6 isnt that its action, but that its bad at it the level designs are boring as shit and while fighting zombies is fun at first, the variety quickly dies down and you're left with generic boring corridors of bulletsponge enemies with a clusterfuck of a story wheezing on in the background
I got no idea what you call bulletsponge because there's always a quick way to kill things But this isn't really a thread for this so i'll just shut up about it
The Humble Saints Row Bundle is available now: $1 Tier
Risen 3 Complete edition Deadlight: Director's cut Homefront Saints Row 2
Beat the average tier:
Saints Row 3 Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell Mighty No. 9 Killer is Dead - Nightmare Edition Plus more in a week
$15 Tier:
Homefront: The Revolution Saints Row 4: Game of the Century Edition Saints Row 3: The Full Package Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell - Devil's Workshop Pack
There's also a $75 tier that gives you a pre-order of Agents of Mayhem. Word of warning about Saints Row 2, the pc port is notoriously shit with awful performance and none of the dlc that was released on console.
Also, apparently mighty no 9 sucked
If you've got a PC that can handle the other games, you should be able to get by with Saints Row 2. You'll need some third-party fixes and you'll still get plenty of framedrops even with the game's outdated as hell graphics, but it's certainly going to be playable. At the current beat-the-average price you'd be a fool (or just not a fan of the genres that the good games are in) to not buy it for Saints Row 2, 3, and Deadlight. $15 tier and up sucks pretty hard and, according to Steam reviews for some games and personal experience for the others, so do most of the other games, but there's still some gems in this bundle.
Mighty No 9 was pretty bad, but I heard Mighty Gunvolt Burst for the Switch is pretty nice.
A new Humble book bundle was released. Details are in the OP [editline]26th July 2017[/editline] Personally I'm a bit disappointed. I've encountered this series before (in "The Legend of Zelda and Philosophy"), and it was less of an analysis of the actual subject matter and more explaining philosophical ideas using the subject matter as an example. Maybe the other ones are better (I'll at least give the $1 tier a try), but my hopes aren't high
The Humble Saints Row Bundle is available now: $1 Tier Beat the average tier: $15 Tier: There's also a $75 tier that gives you a pre-order of Agents of Mayhem. Word of warning about Saints Row 2, the pc port is notoriously shit with awful performance and none of the dlc that was released on console.
The $75 tier seems a little silly, imo. It's $60 more than the last tier so its just literally offering to order the game normally, but through Humble Bundle.
How bad is Homefront? I don't really care about the other games in tier 1 but I have been curious about trying it.

The cybersecurity book bundle is a really good value, bought that and started reading through the web application one and so far its been a real good book.
