Albion Online (Handing Out Trial Accounts + it's a twisted hybrid of UO/EvE/MOBAs)

Albion Online is a MMO that Facepunch played in during Beta, now the game is fully released and I'm one of the leaders of the [Arch] alliance. I thought I would extend an invitation to Facepunch as a whole, and I'm willing to put up my own capital to let you guys try it for seven days. You'll be able to experience,
Crafting and gathering! There's six different type of resources that are all needed at every-level, so no matter what you gather it'll be needed by someone somewhere. Sell it, or be part of an alliance-wide operation to help gear the ever-man.

Insane 80ish man fights with no lag,

The 400 man fights with lag (i rarely play in these, no reason to fight over objectives vs that many people it's a waste of time imo)

5v5 Hellgate fights, these are instanced and have a lot of stuff drop from the bosses at the end of them.

5v5 territory control fights, if you decide to get your skills up high enough we have plenty of teams you can join. It'd take you a couple months to get to the point where you could realistically be able to join a team.

I'm willing to help guide you newbies or vets that quit into glory that is Archerson, the only mega-alliance in the guild with 8000 members. We control a dungeon so you can grind up pretty fast. You'll be T4, meaning you can see the actual weapon's spells in the first three hours of gameplay. That means you'll be able to PvP.
If you're already in-game, or if you need an invitation key contact me on discord. Soren#4560 The only other requirement is Mumble, it's the alliance channel. If you don't want to download Mumble I'm not going to spot your trial account.
I'd be interested in trying out the game. Though I've heard a lot of bad things about the game and that there was a large exodus of players shortly after launch. How healthy is the player base and the game itself? I don't feel like devoting a large amount of time playing a new MMO if it's a sinking ship.

It's not really sinking, it's doing that thing most MMOs do where it's playerbase moves to weekends and the general decline in population.
They claim the Active Playerbase isn't dipping so rapidly that it's something to worry about, and that it's follow the curve? Personally, I haven't seen a huge drop in players because I play during the night.
That's just because I play in the PvP zones, where alliances mainly focus.
of course, if you read peoples post they'll claim its dying, but imo it's just that decline in player base due to school starting up.
plus you'll always be able to find players to play with in Arch, we have a mumble population of like 500 (not all on at once, but different players from different timezones, so more like 50ish active people in dungeons/roaming)
Game looks pretty fun, movement looks slow but it seems to be able to handle vast amount of players in small areas which is generally a good thing. I'd like to try it out when I get home not sure if I can commit to it fully though.

Commit as in purchase? each trial key is basically 5 bucks in gold for me, and i only get it back if you guys enjoy the game enough to buy it so
You can also play this game on android phone right?
Call me when they have SEA servers, PVP on the US servers is basically impossible from australia

I think they have some servers (aka world regions) that will have austrilian players hanging around 150 ping. But I don't know, I think Mercia is EU/US only. sorry man

I was pumped for this game until they reneged on the free to play, unfortunately

games better for not being f2p honestly, besides they give you 20 dollars in the funbux that funds monthly subscription when you buy it.
I'll take a trial if you're offering. I've had my eye on this game but never was confident enough to buy into it.

This is the same kind of scummy stuff that first put a distaste in my mouth for Albion. Why on earth is a trial of a game costing someone money? Non-refundable money at that. The gameplay itself looks fairly interesting which is why this poor mismanagement is so disappointing to me.

its not costing me literal money its costing me the equal of money in silver/gold calm down lol
also it hasn't really been mismanaged it's just the general population of the mmo seems to shit a break just like every other community, if anything they're pretty well managed because they seriously killed off like 95% of the gold selling advertisements in a few months. something that games like WoW and runescape struggled with for a long time and runescape still has bots that spam.
idk come try it out instead of listening to negative nancies, if people actually buy it i'll have more gold to spend on trials
