My Computers Monitor is 1920x1200 but my graphics card isn't as powerful to play it at this res so i usually would turn my res down and run in DX9, That worked until i upgraded to win7 beta to RC1, Now i get this.

Full-Screen works fine on lower res in DX10 mode but not DX9.

Make an autoexec and put these lines in it.

Put whatever you want the resolution to be.
At least I think that's what you do.
If you have the Nvidia control panel open it and go to Adjust desktop size and proportion
Once you get there it should be self-explanatory

I am not using an Nvidia Card.
You have scaling turned on.
Yeah it's an option in the Catalyst control panel, window scaling or whatever.
