I think Source having more limbs and certain limbs having certain hp would be a good idea. Like if you get shot in the limb called 'upper left arm' would be the limb from your left shoulder to your left elbow, which can make interesting game play experience to l4d series, Garry's mod, hl2 series, tf2 series, counterstrike, etc. Like getting a bad shoot in the ankle/foot would result it in it getting twisted, which could also result in much more advanced injury rp in Garry's mod. I was told by a guy on another forum that Source has only 2 limbs, head and torso. Which is sort of making the chance of realistic things in their fps to go to waste.

Uh. You can shoot off heads, arms, and legs in Left 4 Dead. It's fitting though.
I don't see how you would need it for the other games. And it would be utterly useless for Garry's Mod, because no ones focus is damn role playing.
It doesn't need an engine edit to be made, and especially not to be added in every source game.
Get-a-Life already does this.
