Specifically Spider-Man's
The Green Goblin is back — and scarier than ever! Dan Slott has saved his most harrowing Spider-Man story for last as he and Stuart Immonen kick off the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN story ten years in the making. Osborn got his crazy back and has a plan that’ll make all his past plans look like child’s play. Peter Parker and the people he loves (ALL of them) are in deep trouble. And who or what is the RED GOBLIN?! The only way Spider-Man survives is to GO DOWN SWINGING!
Nothing has been announced at this point, however earlier this year there was a rumor Dan Slott would end his run at #800.
As for cancellations, Gwenpool, Iceman, and Hawkeye are among those books completely ending their runs.

Carol Danvers' book is also missing, however there was confirmation that it wasn't cancelled, but really I wouldn't be surprised if they're just going to relaunch it again. And the great and all-powerful book America is also missing from the solicitations as the artist has been called up to bigger projects, and nothing from Gabby unfortunately.
Gwenpool was the only Marvel book I still read. Probably better it ends before another writer gets their hands on it and completely misses the point like every comic book character known to man, though.
Bummer about Gwenpool! I really enjoyed the main creative team, Chris Hastings (Dr. McNinja) and Gurihiru (everything they draw is adorable), and it had some really fun - dare I say Morrison-esque? - fourth-wall and meta shenanigans.

I wonder how much of its cancellation is due to bad marketing? I know I'd never have given it a look with a different creative team, as "spinoff of variant cover" isn't exactly a winning idea. It's certainly not what it seems - she's not Gwen Stacy, doesn't take a lot of selfies, and isn't all 'lol memes' or a Deadpool ripoff.

everything I ever saw about gwenpool looked like everything I hated about deadpool, but those excerpts might make me finally take a look at it
if it's actual smart meta-humor that's great but it's totally not the vibe I got from looking at everything around it

Because Deadpool became a poster boy for "lol random" humor, due to his insanity.
Gwenpool is not insane, she is more of a meta-humor girl, because she is from our universe, but somehow managed to get herself inside Marvel Universe.
I mean, she can be kinda crazy, but not on the "brain filled with regenerating cancer cells" level of crazy
I mean, from the first cover you got like t-rexes and elephants and just a whole bunch of other nonsense going around that made it seem like "whoa, she's wacky!!" and really didn't appeal to me
I guess I'll try it out to see if I was wrong

The wackiness is kind of like Hastings' work on Dr McNinja, where you do get bonkers stuff but it does feel earned and makes sense in the context of the larger story, not just random for random's sake.

Also I feel like the art helps a lot with establishing the tone, I can't help but notice I tend to enjoy it less when there's a different artist swapped in.
While I'm sad Gwenpool is ending I can't least enjoy another writer isn't taking her over and completely screwing up her character like when other people cameo her in their comics

I'm not completely caught up on Gwenpool, but what I read could basically be segmented into a comedy arc and a drama arc.
The drama arc is IMO much stronger and does some actually interesting stuff with the fourth wall breaking. I think its contrast to the preceeding lighthearted makes it pack more gutpunch, but I couldn't blame anyone for skipping through it. There were some jokes I liked, but most of it felt like filler. Especially the guest artist chapters.
I was expecting some shallow "Deadpool but cute girl" but by the end of it received some some really neat creative paneling and writing, as well as a likable nuanced main character.

And that's all that would have been needed to sell me entirely on any given series at day 1.
