Well, a Gaming Conference only for women was canceled recently in Spain due the massive harassment done to the organizers, the speakers and even to the people who were to attend it, showing indeed there's a large sector of the public being toxic and opposed to women, so is completely normal that safe zones like this one happens. Yes, the swedish way. You are not allowed to group people togheter for antyhing because people will be offended. Don't mind who they are and where they are from, all men are rapist when we talk about this. Example in sweden: You can not say all muslims are terrorist because that is racist, but say all men are rapists is to say and you will get applause. And want to aim for a music festival only for woman is a great idea, for who? One of my biggest problems here is not that she said it, but the biggest news medias in sweden actually agree with her. I can't even laugh at the media no more, everything is a fucking joke. Get to the bottom of the problem, see what kind of men that rape at the festivals, who are they, why do they do it? It can all be "traced back". I know you want to say MENA men, Muslims, Immigrants, whatever it is that is harmful to women and equality, somehow someone is going to make it all about the patriarchy.

I remember seeing an interview on tv, with the swedish pop musician Zara Larsson. She said that she hated all men, and was applauded. Wonder what would happen if it was reverse..

I've never understood these sex-specific events. Who the heck cares what kinda genitalia you've got lying under your shield of cotton and polyester? I feel like it could only create further disparity between men and women by excluding someone based purely on an arbitrary characteristic that one does not necessarily choose.
