Simone Scott is a part-time streamer on Twitch under the name Aqualadora. Scott guested on a stream last night hosted by well known streamer RajjPatel, and when asked what the worst thing she ever did was, Scott claimed to have intentionally killed a four-year-old dog. “I used to work as a veterinary technician and I once killed someone’s dog on purpose,” Scott can be heard saying in a saved video. “No one knew because, you know, professional ... I mean, it was a really bad person.”
Clip of the stream https://streamable.com/e8obg Second clip of her being asked about https://clips.twitch.tv/TriumphantSlipperyBorkMingLee Her response during the backlash
I take it Twitch won't do anything about this. What an awful human being.
Wow what an asshole.
I take it Twitch won't do anything about this. What an awful human being.
You can report her channel and link to the clip where she admits it.
Her response during the backlash
Oh yes because when someone admits to something as serious as killing pets on purpose as a veterinary their reaction should be "oh she's just trolling".
She's going to have difficulties finding new jobs jobs due to her name getting on the news now. Love that she plays the "but I was only pretending to be retarded!" card.
Yeah, even if it was just trolling no one's going to want to hire someone that will make stupid jokes like this and probably give the employer a bad name. I mean imagine if she was currently working as a vet, no one would want to go to whatever clinic she would be employed at, even if she was just joking.
Life-hack: whenever you say something and people react negatively to it, just claim that you were trolling or that it was just satire, and that people who didn't realize that are idiots.

I hope this woman never gets to lay her filthy grabbers on any animal again. Holy fuck.
Who the fuck jokes about killing dogs? Or any animal that's commonly kept as a pet? Especially making the joke sound incredibly plausible. "She was a horrible person though." Uh... Let's be realistic. People make dark jokes all the time. This isn't one of them. This is a person trying desperately to cover their ass.

This is such a weird story. Did she actually kill a dog, or was she just lying to get attention? If she did kill a dog, how? I would imagine it would be some kind of euthanization injection, perhaps available a the veterinary clinic, but I would imagine it would be something kept locked up from most employees. If she did do it, how did the story only come out as a dumb live-stream question? Wouldn't the owner of the killed dog be infuriated and most likely take legal action? None of this makes sense.
And nothing will happen to her channel.

Even if she has access to them, it's not like they should typically be just waltzed out with no one knowing. But given the responsibilities vet techs have, I'm not exactly sure how she could have easily done it. The most direct ways, like intentionally messing the dog up during surgery like by giving it too much of something would probably be found out when the death is being investigated. I'd probably guess that she's lying tbh.

honestly, with the advent of livestreamfails and how much traffic it can bring to a relatively small twitch channel, I wouldn't be surprised if the entire story was made up in a morbid attempt to hit the front page of the subreddit. that being said, an investigation definitely should be undertaken to see whether or not there was a dog of that description that died under her care.
I doubt that pet deaths at the veterinarians office are really investigated :frown:
It's not as powerful as with normal medicine but malpractice can still result in pretty harsh consequences for veterinarians. Not even necessarily in regard to lawsuits, because that depends on jurisdiction, but just with the licensing boards and associations.

I don't know much about it because ways to kill dogs is not something I like investigating or learning that much about.

I hope to god she's just bullshitting, because then she'd just be a real shitbag, instead of being a shitbag and a murderer. :frown: There are other non-clinical ways to kill a dog, like giving 'em chocolate (some dumb kid accidentally killed my dad's doggo that way :frown:) or letting them taste engine coolant or something (A stray cat I used to tend to died that way, lapped up a small puddle of engine coolant - absolutely shitty way to go and there was nothing I could do), so it might not necessarily be a medical way. But then again, she hasn't elaborated and I think if she doesn't want to be hunted by the public at large till the end of her days, it's probably best she doesn't tell anyone except law enforcement.
