Thousands of bees dead after vandals destroy hives, gardens belonging to Halifax youth project - Sensationalist Headlines

At my parents apartment building my dad was interested in keeping bees (his granny used to look after bees in his village when he grew up) so he made it happen on the roof of the apartment block. They're pretty awesome and a natural theft deterrent for anyone who wants to come in via the roof :v:.

We have a lot of shitty practices going on in the states that have lead to mass deaths among beekeeping hives. Now, wild bees and beekeeping across the world is a completely different story.

In fact, wild bees in the US specifically I believe are doing great. Our forest and wildlife protection projects have gone swimmingly across the country and bees are just one of many, many species benefiting from that.
