A MALAYSIA Airlines plane has returned to Melbourne after a passenger reportedly tried to enter the cockpit, claiming to have explosives. Passengers said the man was holding an “electronic frequency” device. MH128 left Melbourne at 11:11pm and reached 6400 feet (2000 metres) before turning around and landing at 11:41pm. Australian Federal Police boarded the plane to check that there was no bomb. Passengers have now deplaned from MH128 and are all OK. Melbourne Airport was on lockdown but around 2:30am started accepting arriving and departing flights. Incoming aircraft had been diverted to Avalon Airport.
http://www.news.com.au/travel/travel-updates/incidents/malaysia-airlines-flight-mh-128-returns-to-melbourne-after-incident-on-plane/news-story/8b6f36d08bf5f11567665235e0066ed1
Must have mistaken a regular phone for a Galaxy Note 7 At least nobody's hurt, Malaysia Airlines don't need any more flak after the disappearing act.
Must have mistaken a regular phone for a Galaxy Note 7 At least nobody's hurt, Malaysia Airlines don't need any more flak after the disappearing act.
This has to be about the most over-used and dumbest joke. Thankfully there was no credible threat. All Malaysian airlines needs is another event...
Police statement: Not terror related, not an explosive device, we do believe he suffers from mental illnesses.

My grandparents were on this flight beginning a long awaited holiday... Was a real fright for the whole family. :s:
