I hope a different judge makes the right call on this. A 10 year old physically can't even give birth and even with a c-section would probably still die. Hopefully she will get some life saving care. Also they should just leave that cunt of an uncle to fend for himself in some sort of tiger preserve. Fucker needs to die as horribly as possible.

They had to make the cut between balanced sexes or abortion past 20 weeks so at least there's a reason for the law this time. A woman would probably notice around the 5-6 week mark with sex ed and tests nowadays.

I've never understood the sigma around abortion, It's simple if it's a wanted child then you go through with the pregnancy otherwise you abort or prepare for adoption.

Sure what he did was monstrous but doing something equally monstrous in return kinda brings you down to their level. The law and society need to be the bigger man in these cases, their priorities should be care and well being of the victim first and foremost. Like I really don't get how appealing to the feelies of the masses with punishments is a good thing. Sure making him run before the bulls might provide a spectacle but will it help the victim recover? Once he is locked away in a cell and can do no more harm then I think that should be that, no harm, no problem. If you really insist on making sure someone suffer then why not enrol them into a mandatory medical testing program or something? At least then perhaps some good can come of what is tantamount to torturing someone.
