I'm continually baffled over how some people seem to lose all sense of logic or reason as soon as they're "customers".
“This action, what he do, it’s not normal,” an employee told News 4 New York.
Even if the dude can't speak English properly, he doesn't deserve having his jaw broke because he wasn't working at the pace expected by the customer. I've worked in grocery stores for around 5 years now, and some people act like they're incredibly entitled to special treatment.

It doesn't take a lot of force at the right angle [editline]14th June 2017[/editline]
Even if the dude can't speak English properly, he doesn't deserve having his jaw broke because he wasn't working at the pace expected by the customer. Welcome to New York City, where everyone will try to run you off the road if it means getting to their destination faster and will fight you at the slightest provocation.
Automation will finally solve this problem.
but robots dont speak english either
retail in any line of work is probably the worst, treated like shit by customers and management alike for a pittance of a wage. I really don't get why customers especially treat retail workers so bad.

Same thing for telemarketers.
