Sounds like some more "Dr" Steven Greer promotion. It wouldn't surprise me, he's been banging on about this Disclosure Project for some time, I was almost inclined to believe some of it until I read about it myself for more than 30 seconds and noticed he's a complete cook and a very effective cult leader.
