Has the duplication glitch been patched in oblivion?

I dusted off oblivion the other day and started to play it on my 360, but it said I need an update. Will this update patch the scroll duplication glitch?

Yeah, it will. It's been patched on the PC, at least. However, a new glitch is that enabling god mode allows you to carry as much stuff as you want.

The Arrow Dup has been fixed for a long time now, The Scroll Dup hasn't been Fixed yet.

Scroll duplication has NOT been fixed on the Xbox 360. Like you, I recently started playing Oblivion again, and that was the first thing I tried (which was only 6 days ago). I seriously doubt they've updated it in that time frame.
