I remember seeing a trailer for it on Cartoon Network many years ago.
It was animated and was entirely black and white, except for some red thing that was like taking over the world.
It had a detective and his sidekick trying to figure out what the red thing was, I have a feeling it had this Frenchish tone to it too.
I know its pretty vague, but its been bothering me all day
