Ive lately seen alot of ignorance on here and quite frankly i hate it, But, whats your opinion?
It's ignorant.
Facepunch isn't perfect. We have a good amount of idiots, but we also have a fair amount of great people.

I always thought the people on Facepunch were tolerant and pretty well informed. It's definitely the best message board I've been on, and I think the users on it are 90% of what makes it great.

I feel the most ignorant tend to stick to General, GMF, or Oify.
Aside from those, Facepunch is usually pretty civilized.
Although for some reason, Facepunchers always act like retarded trolls when outside facepunch together. It's impossible to play games, visit other forums, or generally just hang out with Facepunchers outside of Facepunch; because they'll always be trying their best to piss people off, spamming chats, spamming music, spewing memes... etc.
Facepunchers are awesome and civil as long as they are on facepunch, everywhere else they tend to be worse than /b/.
It sucks. Because it's ignorance. And ignorance sucks.

I find it humorous that some members on here complain about religions trying to cram their views down everyone's throats but then turn around and try to shove their own views down people's throats
You have the occasional ignorant post, but its usually if someone is doing a quick reply to something or a rant. But most of the time if they put the effort into a post and include a viable source then its all good.
I love the ignorance here. It's my favorite part of the site.

Yes, people go around complaining that people start arguments, and that religion is shoved into them. Yet at any possible time they brag about being atheist. And they talk about their super profound opinions on religious matters as if what they think has been 100% proven and those who don't believe what they do are ignorant retards.
People who blame our country's current situation directly on the Conservative party piss me off

I rarely see any of that on Facepunch, normally the only time religion is even brought up here is the news section, and generally those discussions are handled pretty civilly.

Honestly Facepunch is probably the biggest concentration of cool people that I've been to.

Definitely. That's not to say Republicans haven't done their harm but there's way more to it than that.

Plenty of members grow up while others stay immature and narrow-minded. In time, they grow out of the child's shell and make way for the next "generation" of members to do the same thing. The not-so-vicious cycle of FP. I was an idiot, grew out of it, still shit post from time to time, and watch the real immature/shit-posters go through the same thing. If they don't grow out of it, they end up banned.
