How to merge 4 videos in one?

I need to merge 4 separate videos into one so that they play simultaneously.

Heres an example:

I have 4 interview videos of Clinton, Obama, Jackson and Shadows.

And I wanna merge them so that they look like this

Which software I need & how do I do it?

Hey recorded the videos yesterday but I still haven't found out how I merge them together. I got sony vegas but I have no idea how to use it, and I don't even have any plugins. halp?

...Its an example. In reality i'm making an instrumental cover of a song Gnr - Estranged, and recorded the lead and rhythm guitar plus two guitars playing the piano parts.

Make sure you layer the videos one on top of the other in the timeline, then use the track motion tool to resize the four videos into the four corners of the preview window.
