Have you guys ever tryed getting a visit by the anti-pirate group at some huge lan?
I tried it some years ago, and about 50 people started running towards the little stream nearby to dumb thier computers into it.. crazy shit.. but funny as hell (:

In denmark these groups are from the governent and their job its to find guys doing pirate stuff. And give them huge bill's from the governent.. some guy got to pay 100.000$ They have warrens and shit.

Indeed they do and they have every right to do it. And the bill's you will get if you get busted with illegal material is so high that its alot cheaper just destroying your computer. Some guy got a 5000$ bill for 3 illegal songs..

A guy I know switched the ON button with a thing that shocks you, you have to open the box to turn on the PC
Wouldn't it be easier to just set a bios password on the pc? That way when you turn it off, they can't turn it back on to check it.

Then they could just wait until you get back.
Why not just not download pirated stuff, and if you do so, at least make it look legit, or remove it when you go there.
Why don't they just not go if they have illegal material... or switch their hard drives at home or something... Wouldn't be that hard.
