Depends on what the situation is. When I'm playing a game that has multiple playable characters, I tend to pick a specific color scheme that looks most appealing to me for each character.
In general, though, I'd say that green is kinda my favorite. Although, I do like blue and yellow-orange as a pair. Those two seem to go well together.

Yellow. I like how energetic it is, and it makes it easier for me to keep track of my character sometimes.
Blue's a close second for me.
i don't particularly have a favourite colour, but damn i fucking love colours that suit eachother and just feel "nice" when used together
Pastel colors, and black. I especially love pastel reds and blues and pinks and yellows.
Crimson, blood red and iridescent black, like oil.
Purple, red and black.

i liked yellow too but a bad experience with a yellow bot in empire earth changed my mind

Gray is my favorite color. It's calming and relaxed, not depressing or too busy. It's complacent and content and it makes me feel that way when I see it. Doesn't matter what shade.
