Windows Task Manager Processes

I currently have a 107 processes in my windows task manager
I need to clean it up but i dont know what to delete...any suggestions?

Since I don't know what you actually have running, I'm going to say... remove all the ones that start with the letters N and R. Have fun!

Don't forget to kill Explorer.exe and svchost.exe!

Check your computer for spyware, delete unused programs,tools bars and shit like that
