hi, i need to make a video a lot longer, but when i stretch it holding ctrl and dragging the border it gets steppy. is there a way to make it longer without having it look like shit?

i also need to make this video loopable seamlessly, i tried attaching a bit cut from the start at the end and making it fade but the result isnt so good
Well of course it looks choppy, if you want it to be longer you need more actual footage.
Say if your video was 30 fps and you tried to make it 2x longer it would end up being 15fps and basically in Slow-Mo.
since this vid comes from a 3d program, does it help to render it at a lower framerate? or should i make it higher?

Can't you just render it in slow-mo in the first place?
It's a soft body simulation, i cant slow it up
