• Transparent Spray File Type?

What's the proper file type to save a transparent spray for a Source game as?
I believe you can use a .PNG for that.
Alright, I'll try. Hopefully it doesn't get all picky about the file type since it's usually hard to get a spray working in source engine games. [editline]03:23AM[/editline] Yeah it doesn't work as .png, I tried a couple more I thought would work like .tif and .tga but no luck, it says I need to change it to 24 bit RGB or 32 bit RGB, or something like that. How would I go about doing this?
Save it as a tga, but you need to manually create an alpha channel and things like that. I don't really remember how to do that as I use .vtf and put it directly into my [I]team fortress 2/tf/materials/vgui/logos/UI[/I].
Yeah I actually got it working now :v: I'm not sure what I did exactly, but it is a .tga file.
