Its pretty gross to me. Sometimes I'd buy a bag of candy and it would have liquorice candy inside, either I'd try it out of curiosity and spit it out or just avoid it completely. It's fresh yeah but the taste is like old socks and mint fish, not to talk about how smelly your mouth gets afterwards

well I dont know what type of liquorice I got. it came from a small dispenser, like Smints. Friend of mine bought it from Spain and thats all I know

Are you kidding? I fucking love liquorice. Salmiakki is really good, too. I can't believe people who aren't from Finland don't like salty liquorice. But hey, who am I to say anything? We all hate and love different stuff than other people. :downs:

I haven't tasted salty liquorice before. I hardly eat normal liquorice either, mostly due to lack of places selling it.

I've never tried it. Can you describe the taste?

Loved it as a kid, love it now. Used to always get those long salted ropes that were longer than me and spend an entire day munching on it, can't find anything like them nowadays.
