How the fuck do you get these plastic things out of clothes?

It's the plastic things with the T shaped ends, except for the T is embedded within the fabric rather than outside of it. I cannot comfortably wear these until this is out.

Needle-nose pliers.

That's why it's cut so short, but I don't have scissors nearly thin enough. I'll have another look.
