Not really. People used to recommend sick people to drink Coke as a substitute for eating. The sugar in Coke was a better way to get energy instead of eating food. Also it helps you from getting dehydrated.
But like DrumStick above me said, Coke isn't all that good for you tummy and there are better alternatives. Like simply drinking water and eating ice cream.

Coke syrup used to be sold separately to settle upset stomachs, but I'm really not sure how much it'd help diarrhea. Do you happen to have any raspberry tea? That works incredibly well for diarrhea if you don't have any specific medications.
