one of my friend's dad died, and now she wants me to go to the wake. i've never met her dad, or family whatsoever, and i think it would be extremely inappropriate for me to go. what do you guys think?

When someone important dies in ones life, it can be hard to ask for support from others. If she asked you to go, it would probably be best if you accompanied her.
