That can only be done through a paid upgrade.

That won't succeed. You need an invitation code to get a new account now and if you're a permabanned user (which you will be if you go through with your request here) then you'll almost certainly get permabanned on the new account as soon as they notice it.
You won't be able to make a new account once you're perma'd because of automatic IP ban. Still want to be banned?
