Shotgun blast covers a large spectrum with general discussion.
Laser dot means specific examples within a subject.

Well i've narrowed it down to JFK or the 7 wonders of the modern world
I don't have a specific purpose for JFK yet but for the 7 wonders I have
to inform my audience about two of the 7 wonders of the modern world
