We all know superheroes tend to have the same standard powers. Flight, superhuman strength, x-ray vision etc...
But there are also superheroes (and villains!) with unique, humorous or outright bizarre powers.
To name an example, DC's [I]Quiz[/I], who literally had every single superpower you [I]hadn't[/I] thought of yet, or [I]the Futurist [/I](from a 2005 short film) who saw the future and knows when, where and how exactly he will die, and has commited himself to throwing himself in the path of every single projectile or incident that might harm others, catching bullets he knows won't kill him because it's not yet his time to go.

Ability to create illusions/clones from myself
The ability to make someone get explosive diarrhea by looking at them.
Edit or revise other people's actions or words AFTER they've happened.
The passive ability that all animals and insects will work in your interests, rats and wasps attacking your enemies for example or sabotaging things.
Infinite stamina. You'd still have to build your muscles the hard way, but no one would ever outrun you because you could run at full tilt all the time, and you'd always be super alert and feel well-rested.
The ability to uncompromisingly insult other people without fear of reprisal.

Personally, one power i'd think to be cool and unique, in a sort of no-holds-barred world of anarchaos (anarchic chaos), would essentially be blood magic, as in being able to control blood and use it in a sort of telekinetic fashion like Blood Spears, Blood Shield, Blood Healing, Blood Fists, that kinda stuff, not so much bloodbending a'la Avatar so much as blood magic a'la Nier, or less obscurely kind of like being a Green Lantern only one requires blood to make the shapes.
And I ain't talking about merely using one's OWN blood as the reagent; i'm talking about using ANY blood exposed to open air, like shoot someone with a shotgun that fires razor blades like that one Eviscerator shotgun from Mass Effect, and their blood is yours. One could even have blood tanks as part of a heavy armour suit for when you can't bleed any raiders to build a blood staircase to help survivors down from a ledge.

Me and a guy at my work came up with a group of mystery men-Esq super heroes one day. Here are some of the best ones.
Inventory - Unlimited carrying space on his body. He stores everything in his own personal 'hammer space' that only he can access by reaching into his jacket, pants pockets, etc. He could be carrying a department store worth of items and not be slowed down in the slightest.
(Unnamed, we just called him Jeff) - Super Strength, but only when he's not thinking about it. He can punch through tanks and throw cars like toys but as soon as he starts thinking "Holy Crap! This is crazy! Humans can't do this!" he promptly loses his strength and has to psych himself back up.
Mr. Zero - Matter Destruction. He can touch something and make it completely cease to exist.
Being able to access 100% of my brain functions.

Honestly this is why telekinesis is the most OP power ever created. If someone would [I]really[/I] have telekinesis, theoretically they could start altering shapes on atomic levels, making wood into gold, creating human beings out of dirt and pulling entire galaxies closer to Earth for a nice view. Theoretically, they could do anything to themselves, too. Altering one's appearance near infinitely, genetical modification, reversing aging every fifty years and the list goes on.

The power to "ragdollize". You temporarily become invincible but you can't move and you just collapse. Uses include throwing yourself into, say, a jet engine, ragdollizing, and destroying it. Or throwing yourself at a door and ragdollizing to break it down. When ragdollized you are invulnerable to anything and everything, including fire, getting cut, getting smashed, physical damage, acid, drowning, hunger, etc. but once you unragdollize and gain control of your body, you're vulnerable again.
