Depends, VAC ban would mean you can only choose from non-Vac protected servers. Any other type of ban is just from a specific server.

Very, very, very few. Because very, very, very few people want cheaters to get on their servers. Therefore even the servers you could get on would suck.

no, all games are not connected with vac.
vac is doing a same engine thing, banned on source then your going to have problems with source games.
