I wanna put it in an AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) that probes the surface and thus generates a height map as such, but I don't know its name. Already tried tineye'ing it.

Other suggestions on the micro and nanometer scale are welcome (though <1 micrometer won't be interesting since it can only pick up details of around 0,5-1 micrometer)
