I'm looking for printing software that'll specify image placement.
Looks like Facepunch programmers aren't up to par if they don't even know printing software.

I lied, it actually took 4 minutes of googling and 4 minutes of basic critical thinking skills. Here, I'll give you all the fuckin' clues you need.
He's using an Epson printer, and printers come with their own software.

What's in the "properties" window changes with the printer you use, but the first "Print" dialog depends entirely on the software you're using to print the image, so it doesn't matter he's using an Epson printer because the first window would be the same for every printer.
That being said, if all OP needs is the ability to change image placement, I'm pretty sure just about every image editing program (including Paint) can do that
