Does anyone know or remember the PHW user Sroguar?

This is going to sound super fucking weird, but I need to talk to this guy. He had a bunch of great avatars on the PHW boards, and one time I started a GMod comic about looking for him to tell him he had a neat avatar 3 years after the last time I saw him post, but stopped after the second episode. Archive.org has only very sporadic captures of PHW where he appears, I barely found his name at all.

So yeah, are you him? Know him? Remember him?
