Well, I got Team Fortress 2 a couple of weeks ago, and I'm trying to trade with someone. Steam won't let me add them as a friend because I haven't bought any games. Being 16, I don't really have a credit card, and I know my mom won't bother with it, so could someone please gift me a game that doesn't really cost much? Maybe Deus Ex or something?

I'm sorry but you are asking in the wrong place.
If you want a cheap game just go do a chore or something ask to use your parents credit card and if they think they will get scammed say "there is millions of people that have done this and not a single one of them was scammed." or something like that.
