Or just play Hearthstone, there's no need for a game as complex as this in an open world game when games like HS exist. I'm quite happy with stuff like Checkers in AC4 or Snooker/Billiards in GTA.

I was all over the armwrestling and fist fights but I was awful at dice poker. A trading card game would be ridiculous. I just hope it has its own storyline where Geralt has to travel around the country defeating people so he can play at the tournament and the entire thing is a parody of MLG and eSports communities

I liked the ingame gameboy like GamePig in Systemshock 2. It included classic games like Swinekeeper, Overworld Zero and Golf. If you hacked it you could get even more games!
