I've studied my ass off for the past week, and I just need a quick review...
I live in Arizona so hit the laws on the board.
Is this the writen or driving test?
The writen test is incredibly easy, and is more of a mind-fuck than anything.
If you've studied, and it looks like you have, you will be fine.
The driving test is also fairly easy, I just passed mine.
I did a load of stuff wrong, to.
There is a huge gap before you fail.
Even if you do, you can just retake it.
All this takes is studying and confidence.

If you really practiced enough, its very simple. I live in germany so cant really tell how it is in Arizona but, its quit easy.
I read my study book for about an hour and took the test 3 months later after flipping through it on the way there. And passed. (This is Arkansas, but nonetheless it shouldn't be much harder than that.)
Just use common sense.
The permit test is fairly easy.
If you studied I am sure you'll do fine.
