Someone went nuts with the texture sharpment, I see.
tbh I don't really see the point of this. Some of the stuff like the classic HUD face working properly is pretty cool but otherwise its Doom 1/2 with dynamic shadows and Doom 3 weapons. The level geometry even looks the same, it'd probably be more fun to just play doom.
Classic Doom did it better.
Why would i play the levels of the original fast-paced Doom in the slow Doom 3. Both games have different feels, and the levels of the originals don't fit the new one, in style or tone.
I wonder, is there any form of a Doom 1 and 2 based map pack that stays on the Doom 3 style? because those old textures look really ugly on modern engines, and the old maps could use more details on the enviroment.
I'd get Classic Doom 3, it's a remake of Knee-Deep in the Dead and a damn good mod.

Anyways, here you go. [t]http://www.doomworld.com/16years/images/los.png[/t] Dark, rustic, plays a lot of loud music, big waves of enemies, and a four-barreled shotgun because why not. Took the bulk of it's visual concepts from Doom 3. You're gonna need zDoom and most likely a valid Doom2.wad :v:
