He's very young and i'm taking care of it, his fur is kind of bright when there's enough light, i've only seen this kind of fur on scottish fold cats, What are your thoughts, cool cats of facepunch?

Take him in, and put up some "found cat" posters, see if anyone recognizes the cat, and if not keep him/give him to a shelter. (preferably keep, shelters are bad.)
i live in some suburbs but i found him in the middle of the woods, he was probably abandoned but i'm going to take care of him :D

first of all that cat is so cute! and i agree with GhostProject exept, i would keep him in your house and feed him, not take him to a shelter, i went there once when i was 6 with a friend because they where getting a cat for there birthday. The place was so depressing i almost cried. And, if you keep him with you, and put a phone number on the cat found leaflet than you can instantly know if the owner sees it.

One of my cats had greyish eyes as a kitten too.
