Is Arma 2 worth it for DayZ? I heard the standalone is coming out next month...
dayz is overrated and there are way more better arma mods then day z.... in my opinion
but dayz can be fun with friends.
Buy Natural Selection 2, definitely worth it.

I wouldn't buy it just for DayZ at this stage, with the standalone around the corner like you said. Have a look at other ARMA 2 mods or base ARMA 2 gameplay though - and if like the look of that, it might be worth a pick up!
ArmA 2 should be bought for ArmA 2, with DayZ as a bonus. Personally, I wouldn't pay 15 bucks to just play DayZ.
Spec ops is fuckin brilliant.
Everyone should buy Spec Ops, easily one of the best games this year, in my opinion.
I recommend Spec Ops: The Line. It's a bit of a mindfuck.
Must buys are Spec Ops: The Line and The Walking Dead, both brilliantly written games.
Thinking of grabbing the NS2 four pack. Is there any sort of Bot in NS2 so that me and some friends can play without having to go online?
CO for $15 is a steal but don't buy it unless you're interested in the clunky "realistic warfare simulation" since DayZ Standalone is already a thing that's going to happen soon.

I don't think so. You can always join an empty server or do "training" (empty game; lots of resources and crap) to learn the game but there's no bots to fight.
So Spec Ops is worth it for $10? And is it worth it over Natural Selection 2? I'm already planning on getting The Walking Dead after hearing about how good it is.

Perhaps if you're looking for a multiplayer game, yes, but Spec Ops is purely worth it for the story and experience. (MP/co-op is shoddy as hell though)

Please don't buy Spec Ops with incredibly high expectations. I played it after the hype and was thoroughly disappointed, and I now think it's possibly the most overrated game this year. I felt that the story was nowhere near as special as you people make it out to be, and it's not particularly fun to play. If you bought it expecting a generic shooter, I'm sure you'd be impressed. Don't go in with high expectations from the hype and you'll enjoy it, although I don't think that's a positive thing to say about any game.

Wasn't NS2 $10 during a flash sale or something? Anyways depends on if you want a team work oriented multiplayer only game or a singleplayer game. It isn't like TF2 or other games where you don't really need to work with your team; you [I]have [/I]to.

Oh it is $10. Looked earlier and it said 40% / $15 which didn't make much sense.
