The name Nexuiz was used by an open source game based on the Quake 3 engine.
I don't know how much of the old Nexuiz this game uses other than it's name.
IIRC the old team leader for Nexuiz gave this developer the name, and then the rest of the team forked off and changed Nexuiz to [URL="http://www.xonotic.org/"]Xonotic[/URL]
