• Bad virus..

So i was bored yesterday, decided i was going to check out funnyjunk for the first time. So i go on there, and right as i click on a picture? I get all these virus warnings and this avira notification (I don't even have avira) on the screen. I didn't click on it, i tried to exit the browser, but nothing happened, and all these update notifications started coming up. So i went to my appdata folder and sure enough there were 4 new folders that looked pretty damn suspicious. First i ended the process for some programs that were suspicious, (first the folder wouldn't let me delete it) and then i ran a virus scan. I ran Spybot, Super antispyware, and MSE. All of them came up with a virus. So i left it on during the night to scan. I woke up today, and it was alright, there was no virus, nothing came up, could it still be there? The one i'm mostly scared about is the Cycbot, since people can remote access your computer. Also, before i slept, i unplugged the ethernet off my computer. TLDR: Got a virus, Deleted it, Not sure i deleted it, Paranoid. http://imgur.com/euCdr ^ this and along with some java viruses and backdoor hijacking All MSE says is that it quarantined it. It does not say it removed it. Which scares me.. (Is there anyway MSE can't remove the virus or is it solely because it can't?) Everytime i try to delete this file, a virus notification comes up from MSE: http://i.imgur.com/wdXEm.png <-- This one might be malwarebytes itself.
Download Malwarebytes and run a scan.
Download Malwarebytes and run a scan.
Will do. Edit: So far nothing.. [editline]22nd November 2011[/editline] I'm just gonna format. Alot of the registry's been changed.

Yeah, you best double check that. I thought I got rid of a virus on my computer. Next thing I knew, system32 got deleted.
Will do. Edit: So far nothing.. [editline]22nd November 2011[/editline] I'm just gonna format. Alot of the registry's been changed.
You could have just done a registry sweep with one of those free programs on CNET. You're being too rash, if it says it's contained then it's finished, over, ka-put. Make sure you let Malwarebytes do a full scan though.
Malwarebytes is an excellent program, I found out I had my passwords changed on email and facebook. Ran that and it found 1 infected item, deleted it and nothing since.
First odf all u must delete your computer
Well, i was thinkin' about formatting anyways <.< Ran malwarebytes, came up with nothing. I think i'm good now. Also reinstalled everything back :o didn't have that much shit.
One suggestion later: "NVM WILL REFORMAT" Fine. Sure. Don't ask on a forum full of people if you think one suggestion is enough to think you're fucked.
I did all the shit you guys told me to.. I deleted the registrys that came with the virus (Help of google) Ran malwarebytes Ran Superantispyware Ran MSE Ran Spybot Deleted all the files in the appdata folder for the virus (Also with the help of google) The reason i formatted was so i don't worry about it all the time, like i do with other shit.
