Trying to find a video about a really bad cyberpunk game that was posted here a while ago

I think it was at least a year ago, maybe over 2 years ago in the videos section. The graphics of the game looked like it was released around 2000, a video was posted of it here. It started out showing some pretty thing in the game's intro or something like that while playing a Deus Ex song. The video then cut to a compilation of all of the horrible things that were wrong with it. I don't remember many specifics, but pretty much every single gameplay mechanic was buggy or just poorly made, and all of the artwork was a trainwreck as well. I think the enemies the guy fought were insect-like and had something wrong with their hitboxes too.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
