Yeah, isn't it fun when your hand starts trying to kill you?
This is not fun at all, just horrible
What if your hand suddenly grabs the breasts of a random stranger. How are you going to explain that? "I have this rare medical condition it's called alien hand syndrome" no one is going to believe that.

Not as awesome as it sounds. Basically, you could be doing anything when suddenly

You hear a loud explosion like a cannon going off in your head and you see a flash of light. Then everything's back to normal. It rarely occurs and it's random. There's no way of knowing of when it will happen...
