I really want valve to make this an official skin, but I know it won't happen.

They would never add it - we've seen much less sillier sets be removed from the game (apart from that damn Shadowcat Drow set) for less.
I'd like to see it as a mod though, just like some streamers *cough* Envy *cough* use them to replace Juggernaut and Storm Spirit with various anime characters. There's no reason why we can't enjoy it if that's what we want, but it cannot interfere with how others enjoy the game either. Mods allow that, as it's all local.

Mods that replace models for online matches have been disabled. The only way to use them is to repack the VPK, which scares most people away from modding.
As much as I dislike MaxofS2D, I have to say his animation work is impressive

I played a dota 2 match with him after he was permabanned from FP. He was a total douche.

I've only had good experiences with him. A bit of a control freak, but nothing too bad. Worst must be when he more or less micro'd me when laning with his Techies as Silencer, wasn't fun.

Good luck doing that with the extremely strict -override_vpk restrictions.
I don't know about you but that is downright frightening looking model. This actually makes a good courier option though
