If it's the full game with all the same content then it's worth it, but that's not the way they should be going about it. Most devs who port "premium" games to iOS go with the piecemeal system, where they release the first chunk of the game at a reasonable price and sell the rest of the levels later, eventually working up to the full price. It's effectively the same thing but it's less daunting for buyers. Ghost Trick did this (for a total of $10 I think) and it got me to buy the whole thing eventually.
i think it's fine. it's the full goddamn game that you see on pc and consoles
Holy hell this made me realize Rockstar was spoiling us with the prices on their ports.
I'll wait for it to go on sale.

Rockstar's ports are also of 10+ year old games
Sounds perfectly reasonable. XCOM shouldn't be hard because they're trying to get you to buy things. It should be hard because it's XCOM.

It's also because the prices are lower than even Steam.
It is a fully featured game, the same that you get on PC/Consoles, minus the multiplayer. That makes it perfectly reasonable to sell it at that price.
The question is how many people who own solely these devices will understand that?

iOS gamers have been dealing with Square Enix's insane prices. Nothing really new.
I believe the new Pheonix Wright rerelease costs more.
I really don't mind this. It's the same game, and they've had to spend time and resources in order to port it to iOS.
I'd rather pay £14 than be bugged by freemium bullshit.
