To be honest, with the RMAH being removed and trading items being banned in its entirety, it was only a matter of time.
Diablo II will still be here, with all the spam bots, duped items for sale for forum gold, and rushing through the story in about 30 mins.
Wait, trading items is banned? Isn't that like a really important mainstay of any good dungeon crawler?
Well, apparently it was South Korea that bans all forms of virtual item trading, which is pretty hilarious imo

Sounds like they had to do refunds since the people technically couldn't have the full multiplayer experience and therefore weren't getting their money's worth.
It seems kinda bullshit that Blizzard has to refund for a thing they have no control over.

So wait, south korea forces blizzard to give refunds because they couldn't give the full expierence of their game because of south korea forceing them not to allow trading?
Some circular shit going on there among the other issues such as launch day server woes.

like people have been saying, the game is based around the auction house, whether it's gold or money.
To be honest this actually isn't a really good precedent as far as games go. Being forced to accept returned games inside of that 30 day return time is really really bad for games.
What it means is even more DLC to make sure people keep the game for longer as opposed to just playing it for that limited time and then returning it.
