Just a day ago i got really angry at my sister.
She decided to say it was a fact that i was stupid and say she doesnt care one bit about how i feel or what i think, usually that would not piss me off i would just bottle up the pain and carry on, but what really ticked me off was that after all the shit i have to put up with because of my father to protect her she would say that. That is really what threw me over the edge, so i plotted my revenge, i was dedicated to finding a way to get back at her and not harm her too much. So i came up with a ingenious plan i would strangle her and lay off so she would be ok, i would attack her when she was alone in her room.
So the time came a little while after she had made her statement, she had tried to say she was sorry many times, but i didn't listen...
So i walked in her room in a blind rage and then i grabbed her neck and choked her, and then i started saying to myself, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING"
So i stopped, my mother came grounded me and took my things. She yelled at me over and over, and now i am really feeling guilty
WHY FACEPUNCH, WHY DID I DO SUCH A THING?
P.S. - I may not be able to respond to this thread, im on my sisters computer and shes out with friends.

My professional opinion is that she's an idiot and you're an idiot, and you both need to reevaluate your relationship. You might also wish to seek help, because physical harm should not be a response, especially not a premeditated response.

That aside, OP, don't freak out so much. I know I used to lash out at my brother, and it makes you feel bad, but you can learn to deal with it. Talk it out. Don't be a dick. Get professional help.

Your parents trying to protect your sister from you sounds pretty well reasoned to be honest. You did try to strangle her. If this is the worst thing you deal with in life then you don't have many problems.
