Do online games count, too? I got banned from HellMOO for telling a guy to fuck off back to Omegle when he tried to cybersex me. I'm not talking about sexhaving, he seriously wanted to PM me thought out, well written sex emotes so he could wank. He also did it to a few other guys, including a friend of mine.
If it doesn't count, I once got permabanned on some gaming forum because I accidentally bumped a thread that hadn't been posted in for a fortnight.

Getting an accidental roadkill in a pistol-only server.
Someone was spamming props on a garry's mod server and the admin was too incompetent to check who was spawning them so he just went through everyone on the server one by one banning them for 1 week and cleaning d/c'd players props after each ban until the lag stopped.

Was banned from a gaming community after a whole overthrow of power and branching off to another community which sadly fell through. By that point I was kinda done with gaming communities and server running anyways.
