Having two primary recording devices?

I'm trying to hook up two primary recording devices, my PSP so I can play music over the mic and my regular microphone so I can talk. But when I hook up both of them at the same time the priority goes to the device hooked up last. So I'm wondering if there's a way to hook up both my PSP and Microphone and be able to use both at the same time in-game.

Can anyone help?

I have HLSS but I want to use my PSP. And who says I'm spamming it me and my buddies like to listen to music in games a lot of the time.
